Process

Step One

Contact via Email at info@eventsbypavn.com

We ask that you send us the initial information and your inspirational photos. Once we receive your information and analyze, we will set up a meeting to discuss price quotes and design.

Step Two

We would love to meet you in person and further discuss the designs based on your vision and inspirational photos. Consultations are free and once we have discussed the design plan made for you we then email you the quote.

Step Three

If the pricing works for your event needs and budget then we sign the contract along with a deposit to hold your date for your event. NO SIGNED CONTRACT – NO DEPOSIT – NO CONFIRMATION OF YOUR BOOKING!

Step Four

Sit back and RELAX! You are in superb hands.
